Fiona’s Japanese Cooking

My blog is a collection of easy to follow recipes from my family kitchen in Ireland. Some of my recipes are traditional Japanese recipes that I learned while living in Japan. Since I returned to Ireland I love to experiment with food and create new recipes that fuse Japanese and Western flavours.

My name is Fiona and I lived in the countryside of Japan for 3 years. During that time I started to learn about Japanese food and how to cook it. Now, I’m back in Ireland and I love cooking Japanese traditional dishes and also more contemporary dishes with a Japanese twist.
